TITHING:

We need to keep our tithing strong – don’t forget we are looking for a new location and need a deposit and first month’s rent (or down payment if we are able to buy).

So, please come to the NOVA Church Center at 8:00 AM before going out to visit your churches – or if you prefer to leave directly from your home, please make arrangements for your tithing to continue uninterrupted.

You can make one-time payments or set up automatic payments at the NOVA Donation site: https://hsa.givingfuel.com/northern-virginia-family-church

SR-2 EVENT CONTRIBUTION

Please remember to make your $210 contribution for the November 16 banquet at the National Press Club. Either by check at church, or at the NOVA Donation Site:  https://hsa.givingfuel.com/northern-virginia-family-church

CHEON-BO EVENT AND ANCESTOR BLESSING AT BELVEDERE

Cheong-Pyong has now been renamed Cheon-Bo. The workshop will be at Belvedere Saturday October 5 to Sunday Oct. 6, 2019.

You are encouraged to carpool. Because it is a 2-day event, and people stay at various hotels.  To drop them off and pick them up via rented bus presents too many logistical problems. Please make your own overnight hotel reservations near Belvedere (such as in White Plains, Tarrytown, Ossining, Dobbs Ferry, etc.) for Saturday night. If you have ancestors to bless, please bring your Holy Gowns. Registration is $25. (more info on Familyfed.org website).
